Privacy

The short version: the deal analyser runs entirely in your browser. The property prices, rents and figures you enter are never sent to us or anyone else. The only personal data we hold is your email address, and only if you choose to give it to us.
Your deal figures
All calculations happen locally on your device. Saved deals are stored in your browser's local storage and in any export files you download. We have no access to them, no copy of them, and no way to see them.
Email updates
If you sign up for updates, we store your email address and the date you subscribed, and use it to send occasional emails about changes to UK property rules that affect your numbers and about StackCheck itself. We don't sell, rent or share the list with anyone. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us and we'll delete you from the list.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: no cookies, no tracking across sites, no fingerprinting, and no personal data collected. It tells us page counts and country-level traffic, nothing about you individually.
Cookies
StackCheck sets no cookies. Local storage is used only to keep your saved deals on your own device.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, whose servers process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you (for almost everyone: an email address or nothing), ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact: hello@stackcheck.co.uk.
